Axial smoke fans are designed to operate in high-airflow and pressurized areas with hot-dip galvanized body and aerofoil sectioned aluminum blades. Aerofil sectioned blades provide the maximum efficiency for the flow and save a lot of energy for the conractors or users. Fan blades can be produced from poliamide on demand and blade angle can be adjustable for the efficiency. Axial duct fans are certified with the EN12101-3 / Smoke and Heat Control Systems standard. Devices have H-class insulation and there is an option to select F300 ( 300 C° / 120 min ) and F400 ( 400 C° / 120 min ) heat resistance classified motors. FCL model fans are used in fresh air supply and up to +55°C ambience temperature of exhaust air. Devices an be mounted vertically and horizontally. Installation process is very easy and can be finished very quickly therefore it saves a lot of time and energy. Three-phase motors can be operated with frequency inverters. Cvsair axial duct fans are designed to be used in both indoor and outdoor. Vibration dampeners are applied during installation and the sounds produced during operation are minimized. Devices are produced with connection flanges which enables to use silencer types with or without pods. There are eleven versions of axial duct fans from CVS-Ø400 to CVS-Ø1250. For the version of CVS-Ø400; the external diameter is 480 millimeter and the internal diamater is 400 millimeter, rotational speed is 2150 rpm ( revolutions per minute ) and the weight is 33 kilogram. 60 Hz option is available.
