EC Motor –Roof Type Aspirator Technical Specifications • Roof Type exhaust aspirators should have EC motors (self-frequency controlled). • Pressure sensor should be mounted on the device. • Pressure should be measured via sensor and should be installed into the exhaust duct and then should be adjusted according to expected pressure value. • Three-points lockable special maintenance switches to deenergise integrated with fan casing during maintaenance and repair. • Engine should be on the outside and protection class is IP54. • Motor and fan wheel must be directly linked to each other. • In the three-phase motor, thermal switch and exterior, which are positioned inside in the motor winding, must be enabled to connection to temperature protection. • Fan casing is manufacturing with speacial pressing design and aluminium reinforced materials. • Fan casing is designed to prevent rain water from entering. EC Motor –Roof Type Aspirator Working Principle Pressure differences will occur in ventilation duct related to the indoor paddle box and toilet fans turning on. These differences will be calculated by the device measuring the in-duct and outside-duct pressure levels. If ever the pressure value exceeds the installation value, the pressure difference key will automatically send a signal and adjust the fan speed to needed levels in order to discharge the air in the duct. Roof type fan is a included overall device with differential pressure sensor, control main unit, fan speed key, on/off switch, and rain drainage channels. Supplying energy to the device will be enough. Device has a standard automation system. For more information about the products, please check out the presentation prepared by Cvsair.
